  1. This promotion will be active between 00:00 on March 15th and 23:59 on March 31st (GMT).
  2. This promotion is a trade promotion open only to small-to-medium businesses (each an “SMB”) in the United Kingdom.
  3. Individuals entering on behalf of an SMB must be aged 18 or over, be an employee of their SMB, have the full authority and consent of the SMB to enter this promotion, and agree to bind themselves and their respective SMB to these terms herein.
  4. Agencies or other third parties may not enter on behalf of any SMB who they may have a business arrangement with.
  5. Completing the entry process will earn the participant one entry into the prize draw.
  6. Only one entry will be permitted per business.
  7. Participants must be a member of The Arboricultural Association (, and must have received directly addressed communication from The Arboricultural Association ( in regards to this promotion.
  8. A maximum of 50 participants will receive a 30 day free trial of the Adzooma service. If number of entries exceeds 50, then Adzooma will select winning participants at our discretion, based on criteria including (but not limited to) the suitability of your business for using Adzooma’s service. Adzooma’s decision is made at our sole discretion, and our decision is final and not subject to any right of appeal.
  9. The free trial of Adzooma is the sole prize of the promotion, and consists of the following:
    • 1-month (30 day) free trial of Adzooma
    • Free targeted website available for 1 month
    • Free online advertising for 1 month
  10. No cash alternative is available for any element of the free trial.
  11. The selected participants will be contacted within 2 days of participant registering interest. Once the participant accepts the trial period (decided as registering an account after being offered such an account by Adzooma).
  12. An authorised representative from the winning SMB will be contacted in order to notify that they have been selected to start the free trial.
  13. You must register your account within seven days of being offered the free trial by Adzooma, otherwise your entitlement to the trial will be forfeited.
  14. At the end of your trial, you shall be prompted to upgrade your account. You will be unable to access your account or use Adzooma until such a time as your account has been upgraded. We reserve the right to not process any data for your account during such a period.
  15. In the event of Adzooma not being able to contact the participant after two attempts over a period of 2 days Adzooma will select a different participant.
  16. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that their registered contact details are correct, and Adzooma will not be held liable for any mistake made in the entry of these details which prevents the winner from being contacted.
  17. If the participant already has an existing Google Ads account, they must connect their active Ads account through Adzooma’s PPC software in order to accurately determine monthly Google Ads spend.
  18. Any unclaimed, unawarded, forfeited, or unused spend will be forfeited, and will not be awarded as cash.
  19. Employees or agencies of, ClickTech Solutions LTD, or any other group company, are not allowed to enter this promotion. This exclusion also applies to all family members of anyone who is forbidden entry under this term.
  20. Adzooma reserves the right to withhold the free Adzooma trial (or any constituent part of it) if we believe that the promotion has been abused, where these terms are broken or not fulfilled, or where any irregular patterns in user behaviour or referrals have been found.
  21. Adzooma reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of this promotion at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.
  22. The final determination of the participant, and all issues relating to the administration of this promotion, will be at the sole and absolute discretion of Adzooma.
  23. These terms are additional to, and operate in conjunction with, the Adzooma terms and conditions of service, and our privacy policy.
